move or not to move?

salaam,
since gebu left me for another man.. :) ( hey,that's her very own statement/words.. hhahaha!!) and bring along her cat.. i felt quite lonely staying at puchong on my own. i basically go home, just to sleep.. ( already hv my mattress in from of the TV instead of my room) and the bad bad puchong traffic add headache.

been having this thoughts, of moving out to a new place since the day gebu got married. been ting-tonging the idea as i actually love puchong despite the traffic. my doctor is there, my tailor, my facial place.. and fav eating place.. but, i'm boared staying alone at puchong as well.

to move or not to move?

i wanna live near my brothers ( so i can cry for help easily when my car break down, or need a handyman..) and with along's help.. we found a nice, medium-low dencity place near to where he live now. the house agent, marieanne is awesome, a sweetheart ( i recommand her to everyone..) and she give me advise as friend, about the pro & cont of moving.

i seek advise from family & some very good friends. alot of them say, its about time, as i've live in puchong for 8 years now & new place will do me good.

after i clock the time from the new place to Office(s), despite the extra toll, i finally decided to move. i'll be nearer to family & friends.. and that's important.

some suggest me to get married so i dont hv to think about where to live or staying alone. really ? hehehehe! well, too bad, im single and no suitable suitor at the moment. im happy being single for now. thank you very much.

so, yesterday.. i decide my mind. byebye puchong and olla new place :D

i love you so so much i can't describe it, not in 1000 words or in any means. i can only pray for your good health, everyday my do'a is that Allah let you live a long, healthy happy life, and get to spend good time with mama. you get to see us, the kids grow up with family of our own.

abah, thanks for all the good, great things you instill in us. thanks for always always being there trough thick n thin, for all the reminders,advise and gerak pepagi for solat subuh! :)

i was at JB for the weekend, to attend my dear good friend from uni days, Melvin ovinis to wed his other half, melainie tan on 4th july ( yesterday). its a church wedding in the morning, followed by tea ceremony @ melanie's grandpa house after lunch and later, a dinner reception @ Persada Johor Convention Center hall.

a beautiful wedding indeed, and im glad im there for my dear friend. the family embrace me like their own n i feel welcome. my thank you to melvin's family for their hospitality. i get to meet some old friend as well, like audrey & lee Ing, also from uni days.

more detail stories, once i manage to steal some time to edit the wedding photos - right after i deliver Deqnor's son akikah photo and upload my long overdue post on angah's wedding (my cousin) <--this takes me almost 2 months, due to work commitments, i hv to hold the editing job.sorry angah!

i've yet to edit their wedding photos,.as i hv to give way to angah's photo editing, deqnor's and only later..for melvin. he understand my tied schedule..so kena Q la sket kan.. :)

the passing of MJ & charlie's babe.

Today the whole world is shock with the news – MJ is DEAD (*is or was? - abah, grammar check pls) Passed away due to cardiac attack/sakit jantung.

Nad heard it in the morning, on the way to office. he passed away on Thursday 25th June, 2.26pm. The radio was playing his song non stop. All channel. – nad was sad. Nad was in mourning mode.

Well, yes,.. MJ was a a weird freak guy for the last decade…but the fact that he was the ultimate pop legend.. will forever stuck in our mind and he will be remembered like Elvis and Beatles. All the 60s, 70s and 80s babies grow up listening to his music, idolize him. He’s was an icon.. and no matter how weird he turned into.. and all those controversy., majority of his fans and follower will forever adore and love him.

I listen to him quite lot when I was young. Never a big fan,but I grow up listening to him. – a lot. With limited music resources back in my small hometown.. I only listen to oldies – thanks to my parents 'oldies' cassette collection, my ‘take that’ boy band, my all time fav the Roxette duo. I don’t own any of MJ record but my brother & uncles have ‘em– I think its pak yen, our uncle living next door, who influence us, the kids.. he loves MJ’s songs. I remember watching again and again and again the video tape of Smooth criminal/MoonWalker’ and all his hits video clips.. billy jeans, that thriller tape. My cousins and I will watch it late at night at grand-aunty house next door (pak yen’s mom) or my parents place in the evening when rain pouring down and we can’t play outside.In conclusion, he’s a big influence to all of us…his music, his beat, and his dance move. His music is for all time, just like p.ramlee movies and beatles music. We still enjoy his 123..ABC catchy beat, his billy jeans, beat it, black and white, and all those song I don’t remember the titles.its way too many to remembered..right?

He’s forever a legend and he will be dearly missed.

* heard the story of his conversion to Islam late last year. if is any true ( only his brother Jermaine Jackson can confirm the story) then my prayers to his soul as our muslim brother. Al-Fatihah.

Farah Fewcett, the original charlie’s angle babe also passed away yesterday after losing her battle with cancer. She’s 62yrs old. I was telling abah about MJ and he told me about Farah fewcett. I goggled her and found another sad new.

Rest in peace ms.fewcett. you was one awesome tv-angels.

On another note,

I will have a non-stop 3 weekend of photography job, starting tomorrow. I can imagine how tiring my weekend will be, but fun as well. I love taking picture and making people happy. Eventhough the process is tiring, but it’s worth it. Especially when you do it for people you care and enjoy being around with.

1. 27th june – Akikah seremony for my regular client 3rd child.
2. 4th july – my best buddy wedding ceremony, Melvin olvinis.
3. 11th july – little Hannah tasi’s 6th birthday party @ KL bird park.

angel is sleeping

Ija was on summer break for 2 weeks and she's home. last wednesday, i took her to pay makngah & family a visit and introduce our new family member to her.

hannah is 7 weeks old and she's a chubby little lass. and she sleep like angel. we can't get enough of her!!

gebu got married ~ pt.2

Salaam,
the week after gebu got married in Melaka, i dash off to Kulim kedah with my cousin, dilla..another avid muaythai fan and writer..to watch and help out with the event. we're both and offical crew for boxxtomoi magazine.

im still working on the images from the Kulim Rocal Cup III event, so i skip that one first and jump straight to gebu & muzammil 2nd Reception in Penang Island.

this time around, im the maid of honor, well, the only pengapit.. and chauffeur for the newlyweds! first time nih, jadi drebar keter pengantin.. hehehe, org bayan baru, tengok je ada sorang awek drive keter honda accord kaler gold,full of flower, and the pengantin @ the back seat..sibuk bg direction, konar kira masuk kanan..keep stright etc.

the getting ready process & reception went well.. this time, byk la sket gambar nad! hahahaha!! sebab bukan photographer kan.. :P - tapi dalam pada tu, shoot jugak gambar gebu bersiap @ the salon.

after the sucessful wedding reception. we all head back to hotel to rest and the next day, before my afternoon flight back to KL, i get to stop by @ my cousin's house to meet up with my nephews n nieces. My cousin, kak rosni is staying nearby the airport & his brother ( also my cousin la kan.) Ajan & his family came down to penang from perlis to attend a kenduri. so all of us meet up at Kak noni's house and we took the opportunity to snap some photos as momentos. maklum la.. skali skala berjumpa kan.

i drag sadig along, as we travel together. the kids are amaze with his hight and everybody take pictures with him.

what have i learn?

How time flies.. it has been 3 month since i join the new department. its a fun experience - getting to know my team and makes new friends., learning new stuff & exploring eating place during lunch time. fun fun fun.

yes, alot for me to learn & do. i hv to commute a bit further then before & tired easily these days - but the most important thing is - i'm happy. :)

2 things i learn from this new team is :
i. teamwork.
ii. bancuh teh tarik yg seeddaaappp!

hehehe. yes, now - i know how to make a delicious teh tarik. my boss and colleague teach me the correct measurement. diorang buat sedap. nad buat.. lulus la, at least to my standard. well, ada la tehtarik yg tak jadi sgt memula blajar tu, but along the way., after few try & error.. i'm almost there. so far, comment2 dari peminum2 teh tarik di office adalah sgt membina. TQ TQ!

erk.. dah boleh buat teh tarik ni.. dah boleh kawen tak?

okay, nak balik dah. nak gi jumpa ija jap :) ta!

hot-ness.

its superbly hot lately. i mean, the weather.. here in malaysia. so hot.. i easily got headache/migrain over the heat. and..the worst is.. pimples pop put on my face. like - A LOT. so sudden, out of the blue. overnight.. it was there. it give me stress, looking at these pimples on my face. arghh.. tensi sgt. sebabnya,idak ler pernah byk sebegini sekali gus. then keep popping out at the same spot plak tuh..

on another note,
im working on some photo editing after office hour & over the weekend. try to complete Angah's akad nikah photos & gebu's penang reception. and also hannah's akikah luncheon party and the muaythai RoyalCup III photos. that alone - my friend., require a few weekend just to browse n trash out not so good photos. i hv almost 10GB of fight photos from the recent RC III.

well. im enjoying my short weekend in hometown raub. heading to grandma's house now, to help with lunch preparation and 'sagat' jagung for my mom. she gonna cook her famously known ( only among our family circle) 'bubur jagung' as i requested for is yesterday. :)

MOP(the cat) no more?

1st june 2009
11pm, puchong.

Salaam,
Mop is no longer in puchong house. His new crib is in jalan Gasing, PJ. here are his last photo taken on our last night together. Saturday night.

Im home today. for the 1st time.. bukak pintu.. and mop was not there. selalu masuk rumah - bagi salaam & 'Hello Mop, how are you today?'. tapi hari nih takder. The house look extreamly empty. Sebelum ni, since gebu got married.. dah sunyi sket.. but mop was around.. and bunyi mop mengiaw asking for food and candy, attention + bagi signal suh tukar pasir berak dia, mengurangkan kesunyian tu. tapi hari nih., malam nih..rasa sayu giller. Lagi sebak bila tengok his corner is also empty. No litter box and mangkuk makanan dia. mop's drawer next to the TV also empty. No candy, no combs, no toys aetc. seddiihhnnyaaa.

Sangat sedih. The fact that mop is no longer waiting at the door..eargerly waiting for his candy treat, mmg terasa sangat.

Weird enough, mop yg sangat jarang menggesel2 kt nad.. ( because im the fav. Stepmom) spend some amazing moment with me, menggesel2 dan duduk bersama in front of TV. Its so not mop, bermanjaaan sedemikan.. as he will only be nice when he asked for candy. Ni candy dah dapat, vitamin dah dapat. Berak dah, makanan baru refill.. tapi dia dok mengi-aw and menempel dekat nad. Maybe its his way of saying good bye, knowing he gonna leave soon.

gebu got married ~ pt.1

only God knows how busy i am this month. dealing with office job on weekdays & photography job on weekends, that requires me to stay back at office almost every day & stay up late on weekend to make sure my 'to do list' didin't pile up too much.

in between that, i scarify my sleeping hours to edit some photos from recent events happened in the month of may. one of it is this one..

Gebu Got Married.

Okay.. Gebu is officially off the market people!!, on may 2nd 2009 she’s officially Mrs.M. I start to call him, the hubby, Mr.Gebu as well. :P

here are some more photos by eton&syukur..She looked gorgeous wearin’ a 60’s look bride-dress with fresh flowers & simple crown oh her head. The wedding ring, a 3 piece - diamond ring – are simply awesome.

As usual, I cried at my best friends wedding. I cried during nana & kawsar’s wedding & @ chewah’s reception. yeah, I cried during Gebu’s akad nikah as well. It’s a happy -touchy cry. i got teary eyes when I listen to her dad’s short speech, when he chocked & rub his eye while holding back his tears. that moment, letting go the daughter and hand the responsibly to another man is hard for all dad I guess.

Then I got teary eyes the 2nd time when gebu sign off the borang nikah. Then again, while listening to the speech/kuthbah before the akad..as I realize ‘this’ was the end of the huhu-haha life of us – the housemate, the awesome single ladies-mode, the in & out of living together for 6 year.for a spit second I felt.. alone.(tapi kejap je..hehe)

Anyway, Mr.M said his akad once and gebu is all his. Everybody is happy. Scene salam-salam, then exchange rings. And last but not least, salam pak2 n mak2 mertua.(and more happy cry afterwards)The end of akad nikah ceremony. Break for 2 hour before the wedding reception. time to snap some pictures.
later at noon the celebration continues.. The wedding reception was held at the club house. Here are some reception photos. Enjoy!

I think another highlight n funny parts of the wedding was towards the end of the day when the party is almost over. Gebu decided to trow away her bouquet of flower eventho the single lady in the house are merely 3 of us. but, like we can see..in the photo: the rest - the kids, mothers n boys, join the scene.

i lost the first 2 round to Gebu's nephews (..they are so gonna get married first la.,) and 3rd round.. gebu make sure it's only me, waiting for the bouquet.to make sure i got it! :) ~ that's how much she wants me to get married too i guess..
